We offer classes for every level.  We have CrossFit, CrossFit Defense, CrossFit Football, CrossFit Striking, and personal training available.

Our CrossFit program is built from and is designed to be constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity.  Ideal for every level.

Beginner level CrossFit.  Beginners are welcome to attend any class where the workout will be scaled to their individual level OR you can choose to attend 1-on-1 personal training sessions with a coach!

After your WOD.

For the competitive CrossFit Athlete or the collegiate hopeful, CF Power Athlete is additional strength and speed work.  This program is great for not only football, but all field sports.

CrossFit Kids

Tuesday, Thursday

4:30pm or 9am (during summer break)

Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.  Ages 3-11
