We offer classes for every level.  We have CrossFit, Beginner CrossFit (RISE), CFVZ Boxing, CFVZ Yoga, CrossFit Defense, CrossFit Football, CrossFit Striking, and personal training available.

Saturdays

Our CrossFit program is built from CrossFit.com and is designed to be constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity.  Ideal for every level.

Beginner CrossFit (RISE)

Everyday
Every class

Beginner level CrossFit.  Beginners are welcome to attend any class where the workout will be scaled to their individual level.

Yoga

Tuesdays, Thursdays
5:30pm

Led by Nicole and Kallie, CFVZ Yoga's aim is to advance mobility and ease sore muscles.  

Boxing/CrossFit Striking

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
5:30pm

Whether you have never thrown a punch or you are an aspiring Golden Glove, Coach Chris will make you a better boxer.  

 

CrossFit for Sports 

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
After your WOD.

For the competitive CrossFit Athlete or the collegiate hopeful, CF Power Athlete is additional strength and speed work.  This program is great for not only football, but all field sports.

CrossFit Kids

4:30pm or 9am (during summer break)

Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.  Ages 3-11
