Join CrossFit Van Zandt on Saturday, May 24 at 9 a.m. for MURPH. The MURPH workout is a CrossFit Hero workout created to honor Navy SEAL Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan.
Workout structure: 1 mile run 100 pull ups 200 push ups 300 air squats 1 mile run

**Non-CFVZ members participating in the workout must sign a waiver and it will be $5 to participate.
