The ETX Survivor Series is the Premier Functional Fitness Team Challenge held at CrossFit Van Zandt in Canton, TX and will be open to 6 Divisions:

• Rx or Scaled Male/Male Team

• Rx or Scaled Female/Female Team

• Rx or Scaled Co-ed Team

Entry will be $200 per team. Registration closes June 7.

There will be 3 Workouts for every team. (Workouts subject to being "Constantly Varied" due to weather and other factors)

WOD #1 "Clean and Jerk Ladder"
Athletes will start at 35lbs and will advance every 30 seconds until they max out. Ladder starts at 35lbs and increases until reaching 315lbs. Team members will combine weights to determine their score.
Any clean technique from ground to a controlled front rack position (locked out with elbows in front of bar) will be accepted. Push or Split jerk accepted with full extension of the knees, hips, shoulder and elbows. Rep is complete when judge calls it.

WOD #2 Double Jackie
TIME CAP: 20 minutes
Rx:
P1: 1000 meter row
P2: 50 thrusters (M:45/W:35)
P1:30 pull ups
P2:1000 m row
P1:50 thrusters (M:45/W:35)
P2: 30 pull ups

Scaled:
P1: 800 m row
P2: 50 thrusters (M:35/W:15)
P1: 30 ring rows
P2: 800 m row
P1: 50 thrusters (M:35/W:15)
P2: 30 ring rows

WOD #3 "ETX Survivor Series AMRAP"
A 90 min AMRAP that will include running, box jumps, rope climbs, echo bike and more... The final course will be announced day of the competition! Settle in and get comfortable being uncomfortable as you pace through the course as many times as you can in 90 minutes.
